Brackenridge
Plettenberg Bay
Brackenridge Estate is a 128 ha preserve which has magnificent views of the Indian Ocean, Robberg peninsula, the Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve on the one side and the Plettenberg Bay golf course on the other side.
It has 280 stands set in indigenous fynbos with the state of the art electrified boundary. An abundance of indigenous fynbos supports a wide variety of birdlife and small buck and also has several nature trails throughout the estate.

Plettenberg Bay is more than a village, less than a town, tranquil and charming, hospitable and rather special. It was christened "Bohia Formosa" (beautiful Bay) by early Portuguese explorers. The area between Harkerville and Tsitsikamma is a true reflection of the famous Garden Route.
The natural beauty of Plettenberg Bay remains the area's biggest draw card and is characterised by sweeping, unspoiled golden beaches, a dramatic rocky peninsula, intriguing lagoons and estuaries and unpolluted rivers and sea. Dolphins are daily visitors to the shore and in Spring the bay plays host to Southern Right and Humpback Whales.
Inland, the indigenous forest offers hiking trails which wind their way up the wooden river valleys and across the ridges displaying the rich diversity of fynbos.
Plettenberg Bay is also home to Monkeyland, a unique primate sanctuary, Elephant Park, where the visitors are allowed to touch and feed the elephants and Nyati Distillers with its award winning mampoer en witblits.
The main coastal road connecting Port Elizabeth and Cape Town passes by the town and together with an airport offering scheduled flights, Plettenberg Bay is easily accessible.
Seeff Plettenberg Bay can assist you with all types of residential property and real estate for sale including houses, apartments, cluster developments, security complexes, land and guesthouses.
